The company is a total boys club, only focused on sales without regard for the people at the company who make sales possible. Salaries are completely inequitable and the only way to make money is to come in with a high salary. There are people sitting next to each other, doing the exact same job, making vastly different salaries ( like 70k vs 110k) I was written up for discussing my salary at work publicly. Raises are minimal and not reflective of the current market. They think that culture makes up for how bad the pay and benefits are. Shady CEO- give him a google. A sales leader refused to have his team do a 15 minute diversity training because they wouldn’t be making sales during that time.
