I’ll say if it was the early 2000’s, it’ll be right at home. The ones who do good work will try, but it’s an uphill battle. Undervalues those who really try and care, but hires people just for the number of bodies. The company itself claims diversity and wholesomeness. But if you’re a minority, you’ll start seeing the cracks of the company. The culture of TransPerfect is glorified college fraternity, not investing in their workers but expects an applause things no one really cares about. The turnover for this place is high.
