Pros
- You may find some nice people (if you are lucky) - Ticket Restaurant and 1 day off for your birthday - Quarter parties - Using quite relevant tools like JIRA or Confluence, etc.
Cons
Honestly, I could write a book about this company as my worst professional experience. Still thinking why I did not quit earlier as this company is a waste of time (unless you have nowhere to go or it's your first job). - Sales team in Barcelona is the most fake people I have ever met. And not only there, there are mean and double-faced people in all company, no one is nice (or at least treating each other fair), pretending that everything is "fine" which makes the whole company's environment very TOXIC. - Management is terrible, constant micro management, checking when you come, when you go to WC, checking your Skype messages.. (I could go on and on). - No professional growth, when you have 1on1 there is simply criticizing your work, nothing is appreciated from senior managers, just criticism. No objective feedback (unless you get along on personal level and you please them on daily basis). - No support even from HR team, as they cover just senior managers and company's interests. - Enormous volume of emails that are not even to you and crazy volume of tasks that makes little or no work-life balance.
