Pros
- Very nice coworkers - Very helpful and hard-working lower management - Free coffee - Nice work environment as long as nothing concerns any higher ups. Feels friendly and relaxed, makes it easy to look forward to arriving at the office - Will give you a chance to prove your fit for the role regardless of seeming over/under-qualified at first glance - The benefits are good, as long as nobody tries to hinder you from getting them altogether
Cons
- No communication, both intentionally and due to disorganization (e.g. telling nobody about the sudden change in payment dates, leading to people not making rent and losing their apartments, and punishing people for informing others about things that concern them, such as change in payment date) - Some of the clients are even worse at communication and organization - Very badly structured, minor requests have to go through the CEO - Upper management gives off a strong feeling of not wanting to change nor improve any flaws of the company - Will use any excuse to not give you the things you were promised (e.g. fire you for no reason just before your probation period ends so they don't have to pay for your relocation) - Overall a feeling of heartlessness from the people in charge of the company, as if the emplyees are not regarded as people
