      Pros

      One can learn a lot of skills, depending on the team lead's capabilities and motivation. I was fortunate enough to have a great one.

      Cons

      Lower than average salary, no benefits whatsoever, enormous workload. Higher management not interacting with anybody.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
