Pros
Educated, ambitious and highly competent young coworkers; Work with linguists around the world; Learn corporate office etiquette; Acquire high tolerance for stress; Hiring during recession.
Cons
Extremely high turnover; Excessive workload; Long hours, no compensation for overtime; Culture of intimidation and fear; Project management requires no language skills- this is task management at best; Bare minimum of holidays given; Archaic system from Microsoft Outlook to Excel sheets; Niche industry, skill set is extremely specific to the company, does not translate (pun intended) to marketable skills in other industries; Poor infrastructure: they promote from within, which means middle and upper management have no formal training in management and do not have the soft skills required to successfully manage teams of people.
