      Pros

      Large translation company, good place to start your portfolio as a linguist

      Cons

      Poor pay, horrendous management across the board. Managers are number oriented but give little or wrong support when you need help. You're basically on your own after training.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
