Work with every industry. People are nice and makes it pleasant to go into work on a weekly basis
Cons
If you are newer to the team, you won't be able to be grandfather into accounts that will generate the big commissions as the more senior Sales Director have already capitalize on the repeat accounts. Company has a $185 million debt and have been skimping on benefits as well as harping every individual to sell, sell, sell which results in lots of micromanaging. Also benefits are not great. 401K vested after you've been with the company for 5 years. You don't get a lot of the US holidays off.
