Pros
Although managers are absolutely careless, most people working here are young people who have just stepped into job market. They are great to work with and they are the ones who are actually keeping the company still alive. It is a very good place for young people to work for once because it will make you feel 'I've had worse' anywhere else after working here.
Cons
The management is a joke, absolutely blind, full of nepotism. They don't care about what they have to care about but only other pointless matters. And, of course, they try to pay you as less as they can but make you work as much as they can.
