you learn a ton esp if it's your first role out of college. experience highly depends on the team you're placed on. there's a handful of great ppl on sales floor. job's a job and the market is awful, so proceed with caution...if you have other options, i'd weigh them carefully...(go with the other option)
Cons
pay*** + huge bonus/commission payout delays way too many underdeveloped service lines decentralized product info/lack of knowledge sharing general disorganization - expect to do the jobs of 5 diff ppl and not get paid accordingly
