      The people are very friendly and collaborative Program Manager is very knowledgeable which is great opportunity for learning Benefits are very good

      Processes are not very well defined and require improvement Approvals for various small processes are not very efficient

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Cons

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
