Pros
The workplace is very relaxed and easy going. You deal with so many different bits of equipment you arent doing the same stuff day to day
Cons
Management and leadership is lacking in the project management department. When I first began management was great. Then they promoted a guy who would call to complain at you or tell you how inept you are and how your priorities arent right. Not to mention people were getting promotions with the promise of a raise without receiving them after years.
