Employee safety doesn’t matter. I was threatened and a man attempted to fight me in front of senior management and the entire staff. They did nothing.
If you’re not at a location they own pay is awful. You are out in situations where you have to break the rules to maintain production but you will be punished if caught. then they will preach safety is number one. I got a raise a year after they hired me. It was a 1 dollar raise and I had to threaten to quit to receive it. I worked there two additional years and was told 60 hr work weeks are my raise.. Upper management is out of touch with what’s happening at the site. All they see are numbers and don’t care about anything else.
