Company leader is a compulsive liar, a narcissist, micromanaging, and untrustworthy. Management style is intermittent, waffling between not-there-at-all (out of state) and micromanaging. Priorities can change suddenly, on a daily basis. Everyone's job is micromanaged, from sales to QA to development to account management. One person thinks he needs to be involved in every minute detail of everyone else's jobs. Culture of extremely frequent gossiping, pessimism, and demoralization in all departments. Some of us calculated the turnover rate for a particular (recent) length of time and it came out to about 130% per year...so the average person lasts < 1 yr at Trakref. High stress for anyone who reports directly to the CEO.
