Pros

I'm blessed to be working with some of the smartest, driven and down to earth people I have met in my career so far. We have a shared vision that we will be the next Australian-global unicorn. We have great culture and genuinely a fun place to work where we look after each other. Also a quite family friendly company (rare thing to say for a high-growth fintech start-up). You are trusted with autonomy to deliver with location and time that best suits your needs.

Cons

Could be cons: We work hard. No, we DO NOT have a 9-6-6, 80+ hours grind for the sake of grinding workaholic culture. But we do expect everyone to give their best with maximum intensity. If you are looking for a chill job with strictly 37.5 hrs/week punch-in punch-out culture, this probably is not for you: no start-up ever becomes a breakout unicorn like that.

Pros

Traild is a great company. They offer a solid growing product. Management is very supportive of building a strong culture.

Cons

With a company in growth mode, there can be too many chiefs. Sometimes, not always going the same direction.

Pros

Traild is great for one thing. A base pay. If you plan on living on that, you’ll be fine. However. You can give this company everything you have, and it still won’t be enough. They make it so you have to hit 80% of an unrealistic quota in order to to see ANY of your commission. The only place I’ve ever seen do this. Absolute trash company. Even worse leadership they do not have any understanding of the American market. They think what works in Australia will work in America. Massive disconnect between reality and the awful product that no one needs.

Cons

Just about it all. Awful company that thinks sales influencers on social media know how to sell and book meetings
