      Great technical work to be done. Inventive technical solutions to problems are used. Great technical co-workers from which learning can occur.

      Cons

      Smaller sized company that is somewhat limited in promotional opportunities or abilities to move to various assignments. Facing competitive challenges from large companies producing traffic data (Google, Clear Channel, Westwood One)

      Pros

      The engineering culture and engineering managers were excellent, and some of the best I'd worked for even until this day.

      Cons

      Not enough transparency with product innovation and selection of partners. Employees found out after these decisions were made.
