A young dynamic agency that is always looking to explore new opportunities - making it a very exciting for any new starter with ideas and drive. There is the genuine feeling, even from day one, that it is up to you how far you go in this company. There is a great working atmosphere that is focused on personal responsibility and not micromanagement.
Cons
The learning curve can be steep. You are given support - but you are also expected to back that up with your own study. This might be a con for some - but for others it's actually a big plus.
