      401(k) match and sometimes fun company outings

      Cons

      Micro management is wiiiiild - like people take note of you being 5 mins late or leaving 5 mins early wild. Also, if you think you get weekends to not stress about this job - you don’t. Be prepared for them to call you at any moment to do something. No time is sacred.
