Pros

My experience with Traditions Hospitality Group was outstanding from start to finish. With over ten years in the hospitality industry, I’ve worked with a lot of companies—and this was easily one of the most professional and people-focused experiences I’ve had. I initially applied for a position that ended up being filled, but instead of stopping there, their team took the time to truly get to know me and recognize my value. They went out of their way to match me with another opportunity that aligned with both my experience and the wages I had previously earned. What truly elevated the experience was Brooke—she was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. Every time I reached out, whether by text or email, she responded quickly and thoughtfully, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. It’s clear that Traditions Hospitality Group genuinely cares about the people they bring on. They don’t just fill roles—they invest in finding the right fit for both the company and the individual. After more than a decade in this industry, I can confidently say I would absolutely recommend anyone considering a position with them to apply. They treat you like real talent, not just another applicant.

Pros

Team was amazing! Hours were late, but consistent. Steady pay and training was decent.

Cons

Encouraged to not throw away our dated product and disciplined if you do. Senior management better like you or you'll be weeded out regardless of any other factors. Promoting employees didn't seem like a fair process as some have waited years and deserve the opportunity while others get promoted almost immediately
