Pros
-Reasonably generous compensation for my discipline -Good PTO
Cons
- Upper management has been going from office to office like the grim reaper, laying off staff that we cannot afford to lose. Their solution to everything is MORE MARKETERS. - No communication whatsoever. The only reason I found out about my coworkers being laid off was from one of my remaining coworkers, certainly not from management. It feels like their finances are a disaster or they are trying to fluff their numbers for a prospective buyer. The remaining staff is worried about our office closing or being shifted around to different offices. -Any time an employee is laid off or quits, their responsibilities are just dumped on a remaining employee with no additional compensation provided. Our medical records specialist is now our receptionist, volunteer coordinator, intake specialist, and scheduler.
