They burn them out, then hand all of their work to a manager to cash in on when they inevitably leave. If you're considering working here, ask how many associates they have hired over the last couple years and then see who is still there. Office environment is toxic and there is no flexibility to work from home. The "HR team" is the CEO's assistant.
