      decent benefits and ok pay

      Cons

      Incredibly poor management that has no desire to see employees thrive, no work/life balance. Would advise any young person to start their career elsewhere. Rather than hard work, nepotism and mediocrity get you ahead. No transferable skills, toxic culture, very outdated systems. People here are stuck.

      Flexible workplace culture with great remote and hybrid options

      Cons

      They are onboarding new tools and SaaS platforms, but ironically, any suggestion to actually improve the system is met with "apathy or exasperation". Pervasive legacy tech debt remains untouched everywhere
