Pros
A lot of knowledgeable and great people. I still speak with many of my former colleagues. Great work life balance unlimited PTO. At one point lunch was provided.
Cons
HR was a nightmare and blatantly swept serious work place harassment issues under the carpet. Classic example of a European company trying to copy and paste what works in EMEA to North America. There were major cashflow issues when I was employed. There were instances where we just didn't get paid and the CFO would send out a copy & pasted email out to the team lying about the reason more than one occasion. Marketing and sales tools were disconnected because bills to vendors were not being paid and Sales teams were kept in the dark. Just overall TS can really suck the wind out of you
