- We got free lunch - Free wifi (sometimes, some people got blocked) - A lunch room

- My responsibilities were far from what they promised to me - Its just friend-politics there. - They only speak Catalan! Just a few people are good in English - They logged into the computers of interns and deleted programms or blocked websites (like gmail or outlook) to prevent them from communicating with the outside world! - I was doing only copy pasting, and clicking, like almost all international interns. - No experience in how to manage their employees or do decisions. it´s all done by the CEO and he is the only one. - They don`t care about their customer service experience!

Its at a great location. There is a good schedule of when and can choose the time you wish to go to lunch. People are friendly and management is helpful.

Language barriers when phone calling and low salary are the main cons. You will need to catch a train there and back if you don't drive.
