      Pros

      If you want to get into the fintech space, this is a great place to start. There is no cap on the experience you can obtain. If you’re willing to work then they are willing to accommodate your growth. After here, you will be considerably more marketable to smaller start up fintechs.

      -Pay for entry level role -ability to be fully licensed -managers are great-two 15 min breaks

      Cons

      -5 days in office -8 to 5 work shifts with unpaid lunch -call center -talking to old people all day that cant navigate anything -Extremely busy at times -You will be talking ALL. DAY.
