Pros
I worked at the CR office. The environment was friendly, we had good facilities and flexible schedules. The work/life balance was good. Good salary.
Cons
The internal IT management was kind of political and it was almost a form of bureaucracy. There was not a lot of room for suggestions or proactive behavior. A lot of changes have happened recently and this may not be longer the case.
