* Lots of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization * Leadership is putting extra effort to recognize and give chance/training to female leadership in this otherwise male dominated Leadership Team.

*Lots of Chaos still while the company is still in forming stage. It should settle down and become more organized as the time progresses. * The vision of the company is good they just need to be persistent in one path to gain confidence of the employees
