No autonomy within the teams, you do what the CEO tells you to do Constantly changing company priorities Deadlines with no meaning that only exist to push people to their limits Depending on the team you work for it could be either pretty chill or hellish Definitely not a company one would want to work for more than a couple of years. There isn't a desire to retain talented employees
