Pros

-Nice office -Good location -Great co-workers -Good work space area -The ability to work from home -Travel (when needed)

Cons

-The ability to work from home, sorry, I mean expectation that you will continue to work from home after leaving the office at 5pm. -Unorganized management -The CEO -Managers -Large workload, little to no support -Minimal training -NO HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT -Fast turnover You will not be appreciated for the work you do; even if going above and beyond.

First, it's good to hear that you found some positive things about Tradavo during your tenure. But certainly there were some things you didn't find attractive. I could dispute your comments about not being appreciated but the anonymity doesn't allow for that. In fact, maybe you were appreciated and we didn't tell you quite enough publicly and/or privately. But if that's how you felt, I could not be more sorry. I assure you that we are very, very appreciative of all those who contribute to the success of our customers and to the Company. Pros

Multiple opportunities to grow up with the company. Chance to grow horizontally or vertically It is a company that knows that not everything they have done is perfect but understand the opportunities for improvement and works on them as much as they can.

Cons

You must learn to cover multiple roles at the same time, eventually, it is a benefit since you are improving skills out of your comfort zone, but at the beginning, you need to learn how to deal with that.

Pros

If you only want to do the bare minimum and have absolutely zero ambition, Tradavo might be a decent fit for you.

Cons

Just like what other reviews are saying, the management here focuses too much on appearances. They reward employees for looking busy, but fail to recognize people who actually do tight, efficient work. I've seen a lot of talented employees go unrewarded, simply because they didn't fit the short-sighted mold of success the company has in it's mind.
