      Pros

      Employee discount, sometimes making connections with some of your regulars are fun too.

      Cons

      The pay sucks. They expect you to bring in metrics ( credit cards, warranties, ect.) but dont pay you what you deserve. Newer team members make more than veteran team members that have been there for 2+ years. Make it make sense.

      Fellow coworkers were nice. Most everyone was very respectful, and worked together

      Cons

      Corporate has unrealistic expectations of perfection. Management plays favorites. White Glove District Manager tears through people of one pencil is out of sequence. You will experience mistreatment if the Manager decides he doesn’t like you, or if he’s just in a bad mood. He’ll take it out on you
