All levels of management are a joke. I am a team Leader and I have gone through every hoop and ladder to try and get this place fixed! The “out here hotline” they give you is a load of crap, I called it and it ended up just going straight back to the people that were the problem in the first place! DO NOT BECOME A TEAM LEADER AT THIS COMPANY!!! I work every weekend and “close” every night. I have to do all of the heavy lifting and grunt work because of short staffing and high turnover rate at this store. Also they pay you $12.50 an hour.... for a full time job. You also only get guaranteed 30 hours and for the last 4 months I’ve never had a 40 hour week. Not worth your time.
