Good management takes care of employees

Nothing major, nice firm to work

Apart from spending time with residents, none. A terrible place to work.

Short staffed, WAY to many responsibilities for under trained staff. Appalling wage for such an intense job. Pointless paperwork. No time to spend with the residents of the home, very poor management with old fashioned views. More interested in profit than the well-being of residents or staff! VERY long hours.
