Terrible work environment because of the owner - Engineer TrackingPoint Employee Review

The benefits package was very expensive and they do not match at all in the 401k The owner is heavily involved and will veto design decision made by engineering This company has already laid everyone off once and had to close the doors No job stability whatsoever They expect you to work crazy hours and be at the beckon call of the owner They have gone through 3 CEO's and 3 CFO's in 3 years They don't care about you and you lose your stock however you leave the company I wish I could give this place no stars
