Pros

I’ve worked at TravelNet for about a year and recently read this company’s Glassdoor reviews for the first time. We all know by now the heightened vitriolic nature of commentary humans tend to make when they are online and anonymous… given this reality, it’s no surprise to me this behavior is playing out on the Glassdoor review feed of TravelNet or any other company for that matter. For any reader deciding whether or not to judge what it would be like to work for this company based on these reviews, I would encourage you to instead form your own opinion based on your own experiences. For what it’s worth, I can tell you what my experience has been like for the last year working here because it’s vastly different from some of the comments I read. I see people who are self-starters, with unshakable proactive attitudes and an agile and team-focused personality thriving here, excited to show up for work every day. I see them getting great career experience and promotions and incentives to keep up the great work. I see teams that are enthusiastic about our leadership and our trajectory and faith in our best-in-class product and our awesome P&E group. I feel a supportive and empathetic company culture tone at the top under our current CEO and CFO. And yes, grit is one of our core values. The people that thrive here are proud of that and don’t shy away from it. You may think I am just another anonymous post to take with a grain of salt and you are right! Judge for yourself. I am glad I did. I joined this team without any knowledge of what was said on Glassdoor, and have had a fantastic first year and am looking forward to the future. If you are a determined team player and thrive off growth and change, you might just find this is your ideal environment to work in. Based on the negative reviews, it’s obviously not a good fit for everyone. But maybe it will be for you. You don’t know until you try.

Cons

Must be a self-starter to thrive in this fast-paced and remote work environment.

Pros

I have worked at TravelNet Solutions for several years and have seen the company evolve through leadership changes, product updates, process shifts, and some growing pains along the way. While not every transition has been perfect, what stands out is the consistent effort to improve, listen, and move forward. This is a company that genuinely cares about its clients and its people. The hospitality industry is complex and fast paced, and TNS operates in a space that requires constant innovation. Change is part of that. What I appreciate is that leadership continues to refine systems, clarify roles, and invest in product enhancements rather than staying stagnant. Pros: • Strong client focus and commitment to long term partnerships • Opportunities to take ownership and grow professionally • Smart, hardworking teammates who care about results • Leadership that is open to feedback and evolving processes • Real investment in product development and industry presence

Cons

Cons: • Growth and restructuring can create temporary ambiguity • Communication during change can sometimes lag behind execution • The pace is fast, which is not for everyone

Pros

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but I will share that this company is on a very positive trajectory and we are growing. We have a great CEO who is transparent and honest with employees and an ELT that is always looking to improve operations for the better. The departments and teams behind the software are some of the best in the business and there is a genuine feeling amongst everyone that we are headed towards an exciting future. There is a lot to love with this company, including the opportunities for growth, open door approach with management and valuable monthly company meetings. I am excited to be a part of the trajectory of this company.
