Great Management, Good benefits and Pay, flexability

None that I can think of.

Great product, excellent production facility, some of the best co-workers you could find.

Pay isn't great, raises are below industry average, upper management is either completely non-responsive or just plain old doesn't know what they're doing. The lack of communication from the higher ups can be infuriating. Bought and sold twice in past five years or so, and just was bought again, very hard to keep a fluid and well run company when the owner changes every 18 months.
