Pros
I started at Trace3 in January, coming from a smaller company so I expected to get "lost in the sauce." But you can really tell how much they value their employees as people here. From my recruitment to working with my current team, I've had nothing but positive experiences. It's refreshing to hear a Director continually emphasize "work/life balance" and how everyone in the organization that I fall under is willing to help each other out whenever the unexpected/unplanned for happens in life.
Cons
I hope to see more minorities in upper Management/decision making positions while I'm here!
