The exodus has begun. Stay as far away from this place as possible. - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trace3 Employee Review

Pros

Not many. It used to be decent, but it has been horrific for the last few years. Most of the best people have left in the past year and more will be leaving very soon. The best thing about this place is many have used it as a jumping off point to get to a decent VAR.

Cons

Where to begin? Salaries are low. Management is dreadful. Everything about 5/3 bank, which owns LaSalle, is awful. The benefits are horrendous. Many of the salespeople are misogynistic back-slappers and are enabled and encouraged by the company president, who knows about the behavior and does nothing about it. He probably encourages it. Employees are forced to work nights and weekends, most for no overtime. Promises are made and never met. Employees are routinely gaslighted to believe that they are the problem. Managers are cold and uncaring. The culture was destroyed when 5/3 bought the company and management has destroyed any morale that still existed. Most of the best people have left. More will be leaving soon.

Pros

Throughout my limited time here I have nothing but praise. Great work environment with helpful and insightful colleagues. Smart people moving the needle forward in the industry, always willing to lend a helping hand or give insight, and plenty of laughs along the way. Great Culture, access to a ton of helpful partner technologies and certifications as well, always room to learn.

Cons

Not many, even for the size of the company they integrate really well but sometimes can get lost in the weeds
