Pros

The culture at Trace3 is unique in that there is a passion from most everyone I engage with to do their job well every day. I have been here several years and the culture still remains even through the many organizational changes. People genuinely want to support you whenever you need help. This is what helps making my workday something I look forward to is the great people and culture.

Cons

Trace3 has grown to be a large company now so there are a lot of moving pieces to keep track of when working with internal teams and partners. But there are always people to go to for help and guidance whenever I need so that is a big help.

Pros

Throughout my limited time here I have nothing but praise. Great work environment with helpful and insightful colleagues. Smart people moving the needle forward in the industry, always willing to lend a helping hand or give insight, and plenty of laughs along the way. Great Culture, access to a ton of helpful partner technologies and certifications as well, always room to learn.

Cons

Not many, even for the size of the company they integrate really well but sometimes can get lost in the weeds
