Small company with a far reach into the industry. On the job training with little experience required! Self motivated people will do very well with the competitive pay structure. Company pays for health, vision, and dental; hard to find that. Great start for new graduates or someone looking for a change of pace. Occasional group lunches and weekly motivation meetings that leave you ready to siege the day!
Management has open door policy. Also offer tuition reimbursement for qualifying courses.
Cons
Working two evenings per week (til 8), but you get to sleep in those mornings bc arrival time isn’t til 11:30!
The training starts right away, but is limited until you take the state mandated online class (paid for) which takes about two week to complete.
