      Growing company with a lot of opportunity for advancement to come

      Cons

      A little disorganized at times and payouts for bonuses can be delayed and I find that unprofessional. They can be very stingy with salary and pay increases as well

      Great people, lots of resources, and a great deal of support

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are seriously lacking. I can’t even add my spouse to my insurance here, and the premiums are very high through Cigna. Big Yikes. Be aware and ask about this before starting.
