Pros
Good co-workers, A lot of knowledge, 30-40 dollar bonuses once or twice a year, Shade trees to cool down in hot weather, They buy ice/water. Little Caesars pizza.
Cons
No boot credit, Old trucks, No paid sick days, low top out pay, no real incentives, very few opportunities to progress past a certain point, the people doing the heavy lifting/hard work who work outside in the -5° wind-chill to 110° heat index don't get nearly the same benefits the office employees do, no AC in a lot of the big work trucks, 3 days maternity leave UNPAID, horrible bonus program. Misleading information.
