As long as you don’t speak up or express any opinions you will do great here. A lot of employees here have work for the company many years and although they say they are open to suggestions for better processes etc, that is not the case. They say there is an open door policy but when you are open about concerns, you are treated differently and comes with retaliation. Requirements for promotions vary depending on who your management team is. There is no consistency and major lack of communication with other departments. Favoritism is very prominent.
