      Pros

      My experience has been very positive so far, great managers so much so I would leave with them if they left, great work life balance and support, interesting work, satisfied with the salary, beautiful offices and great location. Very diverse.

      Cons

      Not really anything I can think of except some teams have a single point of failure which can impede progress.

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, there are opportunities to work from home, hours are flexible as well.

      Cons

      Need to re-apply for promotions etc. You end up interviewing for several of the same position within a short period of time, which is frustrating.
