Pros
Staff are able to keep spirits up in the face of total chaos, good bonds between colleagues and decent atmosphere in the office. Gallows humour. Customer services do a great job and work incredibly hard.
Cons
Chaotic management, incredibly poor accounting, systems are very dated and rarely adhered to in the correct way, extortionate service charges put tenants in a very difficult position, customer satisfaction is extremely low, turnover is extremely high so lots of work gets left unfinished for long periods, high turnover also means people aren't sure what their responsibilities are so certain tasks gets passed around without ever getting done, constant crisis management so no forward planning. Company values include fairness, but this rarely seems to extend to the customers, who get a pretty raw deal from THCH.
