flexible time off, not a lot of micromanaging, company parties, philanthropic company, senior management is very approachable, decent hourly wages.
Cons
lack of organization, no commission, lack of consistency, blurry lines on protocol for on-site actions, little to no room for advancement, issues brought to HR are rarely resolved, roles among staff on-site are not clearly defined aside from titles, understaffed maintenance on-site.
