-Only care about volume and not stress of staff -Only promote front desk staff to management positions -Managers have very little experience on how to actually run a clinic -Managers will lie about staff and pick favorites -Force you to work overtime (through lunch and stay late to finish scanning patients) and then force you to go home early a few days later to keep from paying you overtime wages for the week.
