Pros

Great colleagues Supportive manager A culture of innovation and change Great mental health awareness and support Employee benefits - via Places for People - discounts and benefits Staff encouraged to speak up and put ideas forward for change - including working groups Flexible working Free parking

Cons

Lack of facilities in the Bath office - shops are nearby but a decent coffee machine/vending machine would be good. Improvements have been made to training with an employee induction, however ongoing set face to face training programmes would be great. That said we do have loads of training available on the intranet The office location is a bit out of the way - however that brings the bonus of easy parking. One day in the office over two would be preferable.

The company is always pushing the envelope with new ideas and ventures. You are looked after and have support available all around you. Incredibly welcoming company.

Cons

I am yet to find any cons with this company.
