Great office culture, everyone is very friendly, even though you work by the principals, they don't ride you because your success is directly correlated to how hard you work.

Little structure to learning, as an intern I wanted to learn as much as possible but it mainly just ended up me doing the grind work. Which did help, but I wish I learned more of the vocabulary and basics of the business.
