Currently there is no pros to working here. I mean unless you just need some money coming in.

-terrible contract negotiations, make it almost impossible to reach client goals and satisfaction which resulted in lost contracts. Huge turnover due to low pay for directors and below, and impossible goals

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other.
Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities.
KPIs are a waste of time.
