I didn;t come to any physical harm

Too sales driven, bit chaotic.

Good basic salary and commission. Expenses covered.

Dishonest and unethical practices. Very poor treatment of staff. Consistent increasing of targets in the aim to make them unachievable to avoid paying high commissions.
